Our Drop Bars are hand made in top quality (Onlineshop). We weld them here in house. In the past years we have modified 300 Bars without having one defect. We do not give any warranty or guarantee on our Drop Bars. We have to alert you to the following:

Our Drop Bars are not street legal and are not for use in racing and competition. We exclude any liability for defects of the Drop Bars. The Drop Bars are only for showroom use, to enhance your scooters design and looks.

Drop slope

The slope of the Drop Bars can be adjusted to your liking. The slope is measured as follows:

"Height dropped in cm, measured at the outer end of the mounted Throttle- and Shifter-rod, compared to the original position."

This means the slope is measured at the outer ends of the Bar. To measure, the Throttle- and Shifter-rod have to be inserted in the Bar housing. This resembles the complete bar width. Now you have to figure how steep you want your bars dropped.

Here are some proposals:

- 3 cm slope are minimal, but very nice - especially on Oldtimers like Vespa Rally or Sprint or Lambretta, ... .

- 4.5 cm slope are a good medium. Looks really nice.

- 6 cm is a strong slope. Even for a Smallframe 6 cm are rather extreme.

- 8 or even 8.5 to 9 cm is very extreme. This is only possible on PX bars and NOT on Smallframe or Rally, there is simply not enough room in the housing for speedometer and rollers.

Fit a mastercylinder on the bar

Rebuild your bar to fit a master cylinder on it. The bar can be a Rally, PX, Pk, Lambretta, ... . Ready for painting - 70EURO

Its 45 EURO in combination with a ordered drop bar.

Extreme drop bars

Its possible to build the bars like customers wish. If you scroll down you can see an extrem Rally drop bar.

- the base bar part is shortend 25 mm on each side (not easy to see)

- dropped 4,5 cm

- MB gear changer modified

- hydraulic clutch

- hydraulic brake

- ...

ONLY build the bar cover (Vespa PX, Pk)

If you have an already welded and modified bar we can build a cover for these bar. Often these bars are terribble welded, so that it is not possible to build a cover - so first we have to see the welded bar.
